Breakfast makes champions

It's a common refrain that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Click here to watch this CNN video about breakfast and its the benefits. (There is an ad at the beginning, sorry.) In a hurry and don't have time for eggs and bacon? Try a piece of fruit or a protein shake.
Most anything is better than nothing.

Ugh I am not a breakfast person, but I am trying to change my diet so maybe breakfast is a good choice. My breakfast of choice for several years (don't have cardiac arrest) has been Excedrin with a Coke chaser.

Anyway I am modifying things and Coke was the first to go. And Excedrin, too, except on rare occasions.

I am guessing Pop Tarts are a no-no? Just kidding. I can do a bagel or some toast.

All we know is that if mom skips breakfast, she gets grumpy. And we know that she really believes in breakfast as something that makes a real difference for the rest of the day.
As for us, we think breakfast should consist of 2 morning meals instead of one.

Do you know that hobbits eat 7 meals a day? (not including snacks)

breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, luncheon, tea, dinner and supper.

Sounds good huh?
