Calling all grillers: Any good recommendations for cooking chicken or fish on the grill?
Mr. Owen, who is the Grill Master, does a stellar job at hamburger and steak and other kinds of red meat. ... But he wants to branch out. (And he has a new grill, which you may have read about here, from our little explosion incident. We're over that.)
Ideas?

Our staff marinates fish in olive oil and herbs and wraps it in foil and puts it on the grill. It doesn't smell near as good as hamburger.
Hey thanks. How long do you cook it?
We get to play out for about 10 minutes while the fish is on, so that's probably about right for a hot fire. We know our play time is half way through when they flip it over and check it.
