Reach for the dark
Less than 24 hours from Valentine's Day, here's a heart-friendly hint: reach for dark chocolate. Reports in recent years, including this one, indicate it's better for you than lighter varieties. (Unless, of course, you consume copious amounts of it with corn liquor.) Enjoy!
