Carrying on with the theme of barbecue, here's a quiz about the famous Southern fare.
(I know BBQ is famous in other parts of the country but please allow us this one pride. By the way, it's PIG and the sauce is MUSTARD- BASED.)

I made a 60 on the BBQ test. It was a fun test to take.
Mom and Dad went out last night to a place that's supposed to be good, and they were whining that the pig was terrible. Even dahchshunds understand that the proper sauce should NOT be based on sweetened ketchup. It sounded like a bad mess. As you say: Mustard-base.
I am not terribly knowledgeable about my BBQ, as it turns out. Oh, well, I guess that could be a good sign.
